Orders are shipped out to you using USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail is available upon request. Every piece of jewelry is created as ordered and most packages will ship out within 2-4 days. Shipping time usually takes 2-10 days, depending upon the method requested.

After we receive your return, in its original condition barring defects, your payment will be refunded using your original method of payment minus shipping charges.
