Thank you for shopping with Cloverleaf Jewelry. Each piece is handcrafted with care in our Lake Lure, North Carolina studio. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, cloverleafjewelry.com.
Processing Times

All jewelry is made to order.

Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, November–December), processing times may increase to 5–7 business days.

Custom, personalized, or birthstone items may require up to 7–10 business days.
If we expect significant delays, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, destination, and service selected.
Typical delivery estimates (after processing):

USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cloverleaf Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is currently not available unless previously arranged. Please contact us if you require a special accommodation.
Shipping to Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address

refusal of package
-
failure to pick up a held package
…the buyer is responsible for:

additional postage to reship the order, or
-
a refund minus the original shipping cost.
We cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cloverleaf Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

Contact your local Post Office/UPS location
We will assist in opening a claim when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

photos of the packaging

photos of the damaged item

your order number
We will help facilitate a carrier claim and arrange a repair or replacement whenever possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for:

any customs fees
-
VAT
-
import duties
-
handling fees required by their country
These charges are not included in item price or shipping costs and may be collected upon delivery. Cloverleaf Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays.
International Delivery Times
International delivery may take 2–6 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. Because each item is handmade, cancellations after this timeframe are not guaranteed. Please use the 'Contact Us' page to submit a cancellation request.
