Potato Salad


10 pounds potatoes

12 boiled eggs

4 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 cups pickle relish

7 ounces pimentos

3 teaspoons onion salt

1 to 2 teaspoons celery seed



1. Boil whole, unpeeled potatoes for 1 hour. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Chop boiled eggs and add to potatoes.

2. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, onion salt, pickle relish, pimentos and celery seed.

3. Add potatoes and egg and refrigerate for 1 hour.
